*** SCHOLARSHIPS 2004 ***

Almaden Valley Rotary provided scholarships for students at three schools, Oak Grove High School, Pioneer High School and the Occupational Center (CCOC)



Maureen Susino, Oak Grove Interact Advisor, introduced scholarship recipient Allan Alday. Allan was an interact member for four years and president last year. He will go to Brown University.

Wendy Sauinar, Pioneer Interact Advisor, introduced scholarship recipients Niki Chadbourne and Marcus Nakamoto, co-presidents last year. Niki will go to UCSC and Marcus to Loyola-Maryknoll next year.

Linda Luther, teacher at Central County Occupational Center, introduced scholarship recipient Redmond Cole. Redmond, who has been legally blind since birth, is training to be a chef. Redmond will go to Johnson Wales University in Colorado next year.
